Recently, the United States sent the last group of detained immigrants at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base back to the U.S. mainland.

Some of these immigrants are considered very dangerous, and they are now waiting in the U.S. to be sent back to their home countries.

The U.S. government says these people were detained for violating immigration laws.

The immigrant center at Guantanamo Bay was originally used to hold immigrants awaiting deportation.

At its peak, this center held about 200 immigrants.

In recent months, the U.S. has already sent some immigrants back to Honduras and Venezuela.

Some organizations in the U.S. believe it is not appropriate to detain immigrants at Guantanamo Bay, and they hope the government will change its approach.

The U.S. government states that it will continue to handle these immigration issues according to the law.
