yuè nán越南zhèng fǔ政府zuì jìn最近jìn zhǐ禁止le了liáo tiān聊天ruǎn jiàn软件Telegram。
The Vietnamese government recently banned the chat app Telegram.
zhèng fǔ政府shuō说，Telegramshàng上yǒu有hěn很duō多bù hǎo不好de的nèi róng内容，bǐ rú比如zhà piàn诈骗、fàn dú贩毒hé和fǎn duì反对zhèng fǔ政府de的xìn xī信息。
The government said that there is a lot of bad content on Telegram, such as scams, drug trafficking, and anti-government messages.

Many people use Telegram, so the government is worried that this content will affect social security.
