yìn dù印度hé和bā jī sī tǎn巴基斯坦yǐ qián以前shì是yí gè一个guó jiā国家，yǒu zhe有着xiāng tóng相同de的lì shǐ历史hé和wén huà文化。
India and Pakistan used to be one country, sharing the same history and culture.
hòu lái后来，yīn wèi因为yīng guó英国de的tǒng zhì统治，zhè这liǎng两gè个guó jiā国家fēn kāi分开le了。
Later, because of British rule, these two countries separated.
xiàn zài现在，yìn dù印度hé和bā jī sī tǎn巴基斯坦de的rén mín人民huì会shuō说tóng yàng同样de的yǔ yán语言，yě也xǐ huān喜欢tóng yàng同样de的yīn yuè音乐hé和diàn yǐng电影，dàn shì但是liǎng两gè个guó jiā国家de的zhèng fǔ政府cháng cháng常常hù xiāng互相bù不xìn rèn信任，yǒu有hěn很duō多zhēng chǎo争吵。
Now, the people of India and Pakistan speak the same languages and enjoy the same music and movies, but the governments of the two countries often distrust each other and have many disputes.
hěn很duō多rén人xī wàng希望hé píng和平，dàn shì但是yǒu xiē有些lǐng dǎo rén领导人hé和méi tǐ媒体xǐ huān喜欢ràng让dà jiā大家hù xiāng互相shēng qì生气，zhè yàng这样tā men他们kě yǐ可以dé dào得到hǎo chù好处。
Many people hope for peace, but some leaders and media like to make everyone angry at each other so they can benefit.
qí shí其实，yìn dù印度hé和bā jī sī tǎn巴基斯坦yǒu有hěn很duō多gòng tóng共同de的wèn tí问题，bǐ rú比如shuǐ水zī yuán资源、qì hòu biàn huà气候变化hé和jiào yù教育。
In fact, India and Pakistan share many common problems, such as water resources, climate change, and education.
zhǐ yǒu只有dà jiā大家yì qǐ一起hé zuò合作，cái néng才能ràng让shēng huó生活biàn dé变得gèng更hǎo好。
Only by working together can life become better.
wǒ men我们yīng gāi应该jì zhù记住，chóu hèn仇恨bú shì不是wéi yī唯一de的xuǎn zé选择，yǒu hǎo友好hé和hé zuò合作cái才shì是gèng更hǎo好de的lù路。
We should remember that hatred is not the only choice; friendship and cooperation are better paths.
