Roshan Shrestha is an ordinary young man from Nepal.
He grew up in a rural area, his family farmed the land, and he went to a public school.
In 2015, when the earthquake struck, he used his mobile phone to record the situation in his village because no one else was doing it.
Later, he helped villagers rebuild their homes, organized everyone to farm together, and taught them how to apply for subsidies.
He realized that everyone's story is important.
After returning to Kathmandu, he continued to shoot videos with his phone, this time talking about social issues.
His videos are simple, without special effects, but very real, and many people like to watch them.
Later, he created a news website called 'Khoj Samachar' and also developed his own mobile app to help migrant workers and young people.
Now, Roshan's videos and news help more people understand society, and he has changed digital news in Nepal in his own way.
