Why Online Reviews Are Not Always True

Nowadays, many people look at online reviews before buying something.

People think reviews can help us make decisions because reviews are others' real feelings.

However, many people only write reviews when they really like or really dislike something.

If they feel it's just average, they usually don't say anything.
