Why Has the Northeastern Dialect Become the "Official Language" of Chinese Stand-up Comedy?

There are many interesting words in the Northeastern dialect, for example, "mao" can be used as a verb meaning "to stay at home," and "zheng" means "to do" or "to make."
“ zéi la 贼啦 ” biǎo shì 表示 “ fēi cháng 非常 ” ， bǐ rú 比如 “ zéi la 贼啦 hǎo chī 好吃 ” 。
"Zeila" means "very," for example, "zeila delicious."
“ hū yōu 忽悠 ” shì 是 “ piàn 骗 ” huò 或 “ kāi wán xiào 开玩笑 ” de 的 yì sī 意思 。
"Huyou" means "to trick" or "to joke."
zhè xiē 这些 cí 词 ràng 让 tuō kǒu xiù 脱口秀 gèng 更 yǒu qù 有趣 。
These words make stand-up comedy more interesting.
dōng běi rén 东北人 cháng 常 bèi 被 rèn wéi 认为 hěn 很 zhí shuǎng 直爽 、 rè qíng 热情 ， yě 也 hěn 很 yōu mò 幽默 。
