China is the world's largest producer and exporter of rare earth minerals, and many countries import rare earths from China.
yìn dù印度yǐ qián以前dà bù fèn大部分xī tǔ稀土dōu都cóng从zhōng guó中国jìn kǒu进口。
India used to import most of its rare earth minerals from China.
wèi le为了jiǎn shǎo减少duì对zhōng guó中国de的yī lài依赖，yìn dù印度kāi shǐ开始zuò做sān三jiàn件shì事：yī一shì是huí shōu回收jiù旧chǎn pǐn产品lǐ里de的xī tǔ稀土，èr二shì是cóng从qí tā其他guó jiā国家jìn kǒu进口，bǐ rú比如hā sà kè sī tǎn哈萨克斯坦，sān三shì是jiā qiáng加强yán jiū研究hé和kāi fā开发，zì jǐ自己shēng chǎn生产xī tǔ稀土。
To reduce its dependence on China, India started doing three things: first, recycling rare earths from old products; second, importing from other countries like Kazakhstan; third, strengthening research and development to produce rare earths domestically.
yìn dù印度hái还hé和hā sà kè sī tǎn哈萨克斯坦děng等guó jiā国家hé zuò合作，xī wàng希望yǒu有gèng更duō多de的xī tǔ稀土lái yuán来源。
India also cooperates with countries like Kazakhstan, hoping to have more sources of rare earth minerals.
zhè yàng这样，yìn dù印度kě yǐ可以gèng更ān quán安全dì地fā zhǎn发展lǜ sè绿色néng yuán能源，bù zài不再zhǐ只yī kào依靠zhōng guó中国。
In this way, India can develop green energy more securely and no longer rely only on China.
