zhōng guó中国cóng从9 yuè9月15 rì15日qǐ起zhí xíng执行xīn新de的chū rù jìng出入境guī dìng规定。

China began implementing new entry and exit regulations on September 15.

guī dìng规定bāo kuò包括hù zhào护照shēn qǐng申请、chū jìng出境ān quán安全、wài guó rén外国人chū rù jìng出入境hé和zhōng jiè中介fú wù服务děng等nèi róng内容。

The regulations cover passport applications, exit security, the entry and exit of foreigners, intermediary services, and other matters.

zhèng fǔ政府biǎo shì表示，zhè xiē这些guī dìng规定shì是wèi le为了bǎo hù保护guó jiā国家ān quán安全，dǎ jī打击kuà jìng跨境dǔ bó赌博、diàn xìn zhà piàn电信诈骗hé和fēi fǎ非法zhuǎn yí转移jì shù技术。
