Russia Will Launch Its Own Chat Application
zuì jìn最近 ，é luó sī俄罗斯yì huì议会tōng guò通过le了yī一xiàng项xīn新fǎ lǜ法律 ，yào要kāi fā开发yí gè一个xīn新de的liáo tiān聊天yìng yòng应用 。
Recently, the Russian parliament passed a new law to develop a new chat application.
zhè gè这个yìng yòng应用kě yǐ可以ràng让rén men人们shǐ yòng使用guó jiā国家fú wù服务 ，bǐ rú比如yòng用diàn zi电子qiān míng签名qiān签wén jiàn文件 、què rèn确认shēn fèn身份hé和nián líng年龄 ，hái还kě yǐ可以yòng lái用来zhèng míng证明xué lì学历 。
This app will allow people to use government services, such as signing documents with electronic signatures, verifying identity and age, and also proving educational qualifications.
yǐ hòu以后 ，xué xiào学校yě也yào要yòng用zhè gè这个xīn新yìng yòng应用lái来jiāo liú交流 。
In the future, schools will also use this new app for communication.

Currently, many people still use WhatsApp and Telegram for chatting, but the government hopes everyone will gradually switch to the new Russian chat app.

This new app is called Max and is developed by Russia's largest social platform.
tā它bù jǐn不仅kě yǐ可以liáo tiān聊天 ，hái还néng能dìng订cān餐 、mǎi piào买票hé和yù yuē预约kàn看yī shēng医生 ，jiù就xiàng像zhōng guó中国de的wēi xìn微信yī yàng一样 。
It can not only be used for chatting but also for ordering food, buying tickets, and making doctor appointments, just like China's WeChat.
hěn很duō多rén人dān xīn担心 ，zhè gè这个xīn新yìng yòng应用kě néng可能huì会xiàng像wēi xìn微信yī yàng一样shòu dào受到zhèng fǔ政府de的jiān kòng监控hé和shěn chá审查 。
Many people are worried that this new app might be monitored and censored by the government, similar to WeChat.
