The U.S. Central Intelligence Agency recently released a video in Chinese, teaching people how to contact them safely.
The CIA said they want to know the real situation in China and hope someone can tell them.
In the video, the CIA introduced nine safe ways to contact them, such as buying a phone with cash, not registering accounts with your real name, using public places with Wi-Fi, downloading secure browsers and VPNs, creating new email accounts, and using special networks to communicate with them.
Previously, the CIA also released Chinese videos explaining that some Chinese officials, unhappy with the government, want to find a better life for themselves and their families, so they choose to contact the CIA.
The CIA hopes to find people willing to share information about China through these videos.
