Recently, Japan held a three-day Africa development conference in Tokyo.
Many leaders and entrepreneurs from African countries attended the conference.
The Japanese Prime Minister said Japan will help Africa develop artificial intelligence and train 30,000 people within three years.
Japan also plans to build new economic cooperation zones with African countries to encourage more Japanese companies to invest in Africa.
Japan will also work with African banks to provide loans to African countries to help them develop their economies and solve debt problems.
Africa has many natural resources and a large population market; Japan believes Africa has a bright future.
Japan hopes to cooperate with Africa to make Africa stronger.
