Who Should Know That I Have HIV?
wǒ我shì是yī míng一名 HIVgǎn rǎn zhě感染者 。
I am a person living with HIV.
gāng刚kāi shǐ开始 ，wǒ我hěn很dān xīn担心bié rén别人zhī dào知道wǒ我de的qíng kuàng情况 。
At first, I was very worried about others knowing my condition.
yǒu有yī cì一次 ，wǒ我gào sù告诉le了yí gè一个péng yǒu朋友 ，dàn但tā他méi yǒu没有tīng听qīng chǔ清楚 ，wǒ我yě也méi yǒu没有zài shuō再说 。
Once, I told a friend, but he didn't hear clearly, and I didn't say it again.
hòu lái后来 ，wǒ我xiǎng想 ，rú guǒ如果wǒ我shuō说qīng chǔ清楚le了 ，tā他huì bú huì会不会hài pà害怕wǒ我 ？
Later, I wondered if he would be afraid of me if I explained clearly.
wǒ我yě也hé和lìng另yí gè一个péng yǒu朋友fēn xiǎng分享le了wǒ我de的qíng kuàng情况 ，tā他jiàn yì建议wǒ我xiān先bú yào不要gào sù告诉bié rén别人 ，yīn wèi因为yǒu xiē有些rén人duì对 HIVyǒu有piān jiàn偏见 。
I also shared my situation with another friend, who advised me not to tell others yet because some people have prejudice against HIV.
qí shí其实 ，gào sù告诉shuí谁shì是wǒ我zì jǐ自己de的xuǎn zé选择 。
Actually, telling someone is my own choice.
wǒ我yě也yǒu有péng yǒu朋友yīn wèi因为zhī dào知道wǒ我yǒu有 HIVér而bù zài不再lián xì联系wǒ我 ，zhè这ràng让wǒ我yǒu diǎn有点nán guò难过 ，dàn但wǒ我míng bái明白měi gè每个rén人dōu都yǒu有zì jǐ自己de的xiǎng fǎ想法 。
I also have friends who stopped contacting me after knowing I have HIV, which made me a bit sad, but I understand everyone has their own thoughts.
wǒ我de的jiā rén家人hái还bù不zhī dào知道wǒ我de的qíng kuàng情况 ，yīn wèi因为wǒ我pà怕tā men他们dān xīn担心huò zhě或者bù不lǐ jiě理解 。
My family still doesn't know about my condition because I am afraid they will worry or not understand.
xiàn zài现在 ，wǒ我de的jiàn kāng zhuàng kuàng健康状况hěn很hǎo好 ，bìng dú病毒yǐ jīng已经hěn很dī低 。
Now, my health is good, and the virus level is very low.
wǒ我xī wàng希望yǒu有yī tiān一天 ，dà jiā大家dōu都néng能lǐ jiě理解 HIV ，bù zài不再hài pà害怕hé和qí shì歧视 。
I hope that one day, everyone can understand HIV and no longer fear or discriminate.
HIVbú huì不会yǐng xiǎng影响wǒ我de的shēng huó生活 ，wǒ我huì会jì xù继续nǔ lì努力 ，guò过hǎo好měi每yī tiān一天 。
HIV does not affect my life; I will continue to work hard and live well every day.
