Africa needs three important changes.
dì yī第一，bú yào不要zǒng总bǎ把zì jǐ自己kàn chéng看成shòu hài zhě受害者。
First, do not always see yourself as a victim.
guò qù过去yǒu有hěn duō很多kùn nán困难，dàn但xiàn zài现在yě也yào要xiāng xìn相信zì jǐ自己néng能gǎi biàn改变shēng huó生活。
There were many difficulties in the past, but now we must also believe that we can change our lives.
dì èr第二，yào要gèng更hǎo好dì地miàn duì面对rén kǒu人口wèn tí问题。
Second, we need to deal with the population problem better.
rén kǒu人口zēng zhǎng增长hěn很kuài快，rú guǒ如果jiào yù教育、gōng zuò工作hé和yī liáo医疗gēn bù shàng跟不上，hěn很duō多nián qīng rén年轻人huì会shēng huó生活dé得hěn很xīn kǔ辛苦。
The population is growing very fast. If education, jobs, and healthcare cannot keep up, many young people will have a very hard life.
dì sān第三，yào要xué huì学会zì jǐ自己chéng dān承担shī bài失败。
Third, we must learn to take responsibility for failure ourselves.
guó jiā国家、shè huì社会hé和gè rén个人dōu都yào要cóng从cuò wù错误zhōng中xué xí学习，bú yào不要zǒng shì总是bǎ把wèn tí问题tuī推gěi给bié rén别人。
Countries, society, and individuals should all learn from mistakes, and not always blame others for the problems.
