Should Animals Be Considered "Persons" Under the Law?
zài 在 yìn dù 印度 ， dòng wù 动物 zài 在 fǎ lǜ 法律 shàng 上 bèi 被 dàng zuò 当作 cái chǎn 财产 。
In India, animals are legally treated as property.

Recently, the Supreme Court decided that stray dogs should be returned to their original places after being neutered, dewormed, and vaccinated; only sick or aggressive dogs will be isolated.

The previous rule was to take stray dogs away and not allow them back on the streets, which caused dissatisfaction among many people.
