Old pirates would directly rob ships, but the 'new pirates' use laws, military, and technology to seize oil, natural gas, and important resources.
rú guǒ如果yǒu有lì liàng力量de的guó jiā国家kě yǐ可以suí yì随意qiǎng抢dōng xī东西，qí tā其他guó jiā国家yě也huì会xué学zhe着zuò做，zhè yàng这样shì jiè世界jiù就huì会biàn dé变得gèng更wēi xiǎn危险。
If powerful countries can take things at will, other countries will learn to do the same, making the world more dangerous.
mào yì贸易huì会biàn变guì贵，pǔ tōng rén普通人huì会shòu dào受到yǐng xiǎng影响。
Trade will become more expensive, and ordinary people will be affected.
