Why Do Girls in Southern Punjab, Pakistan Still Marry Early?

In Southern Punjab, Pakistan, some girls get married very young.

Zunaira, who is fourteen, originally wanted to be a science teacher, but her family made her marry a man much older than her.

Many girls cannot continue school after marriage and can only do housework at home.

Early marriage is also bad for girls' health and makes childbirth more dangerous.
