China Implements the Strictest New EV Safety Rules Starting July 1
2026 nián 2026年 7 yuè 7月 1 rì 1日 ， zhōng guó 中国 zhèng shì 正式 kāi shǐ 开始 shí shī 实施 liǎng xiàng 两项 guān yú 关于 diàn dòng 电动 qì chē 汽车 de 的 xīn 新 guī dìng 规定 。
On July 1, 2026, China officially began enforcing two new regulations on electric vehicles.

These two rules are known as the strictest electric vehicle safety standards in history.
